Will there still be developing nations in 2017?

From ScenarioThinking

Developing nations will certainly exist. However, the competitive winds are shifting from the Western world (Europe and USA) to the East and the South. China and India will be new economic superpowers probably in the next 10 years or so. Much is expected to happen as questions are being raised for the world to develop a new governance regime for a globalised economy. Probably the world would be tending towards regionalized block formation, in which, the developing nations will be integrated into the already developed nations. Both regionalization and globalisation will result in the gradual equalization of rewards for labour, first for educated labour, later for all forms of labour.
