Who decided the educational contents?

In our view, just as the way of deciding the contents in official text books, the general framework of educational contents in the laptops offered by OLPC could be decided by the educational organization of local countries. That is because the local educational organization would know more about what kind of knowledge the children need most. In this way, they could request the OLPC to notify manufacturers about the default contents or they could download updating package themselves.
