Because the laptops offered by OLPC is recyclable, children in poor area should not dispose them directly even though the laptops are at the end of their life cycle. And the manufacturers could find a proper way to deal with these disposed laptops, preventing potential environment pollution. And the manufacture could lower the cost through recycling as well.
