The automotive industry is investing large sums of money in the development of fuel cell technology, H2 combustion engines and hybrid models. Governments are subsidizing R&D projects. Governer Schwartzenegger is supporting a project in California and President Bush just announceded to invest more than a billion in alternative fuel technology. Iceland intents to be the first H2 economy in the worled. They are running a experiment with strategical partners like Sfel Hydro, Nork Hydro, Daimler Chrysler etc.
