What is pleasant and unpleasant about reading on a laptop?

The laptop is quite heavy so you need to put it on a desk, or on your lap which can become a problem when it overheats. You can't read while traveling because the battery lasts for just a few hours. You can't read in direct sunlight or standing for too long in front of a laptop can hurt your eyesight.

But a laptop is great for reading at night because is backlit. Also, you can make highlight important paragraphs, you can search for keywords and go fast to a certain page.
