What’s the significance of the Office existence for employees?

Without an Office, employees may work at home or elsewhere. In many probabilities, most of them feel isolated and unsure that they are legally registered in the company. They may loss educational opportunities provided from employer, support from staff, health insurance, pension plans and paid vacation time. More specific, employees who work at home, hardly find a suitable place to meet clients. Furthermore, it is unable for them to keep the office and residential area separate sufficiently; unable to divide satisfactorily the distinction between work time and family. Most of employees cannot do their professional work exclusively or even mostly from a home base.
