How is the trend on telecommuting evolving?

According to 'Sociaal en Cultureel Planbureau', http://www.scp.nl/publicaties/persberichten/9037701590-hoofdstuk6.shtml, in 1980, 15% of the employees of the Netherlands worked at home from time to time and in 2000 this was 23%. During the 1980's and the year 2000 there seemed to be a rising trend. Unfortunately the SCP does not think that the trend will remain upwards in the coming years.
