From these figures, we found that the revenue of cable and satellite television developed fast from 1999 to 2002. But the operating income became a big problem. In 2001 and 2002. the operating income is negative. Especially in 2002, it was the main reason why total operating income of the whole communication industries was negative. So we analyse that the reason of this situation is the high cost or expenses of cable and satellite.
