Article on Intellectual Property problems caused by Web 2.0[[1]]

Mail to lecturer: Hey Guys, when I started searching for information and looking at other scenarios, I realised that it would be better if we concentrate only on intellectual property, because we have to know our topic intensively and I think if we take open source and open content into consideration, that would be impossible. That's why I think it will be better for us to concentrate on intellecutal property only, but ofcourse we will ran into open source and open content, than we can use those two in our scenario, but concentrate more extensively on the future of intellectual property.
I think that this is also the meaning of the professor, think he wants us to concentrate more on intellectual property. But I just mailed him about this issue, but he has not answer yet.
What do you guys think about this?

My opinion about Intellectual Property
I think it is hard to separate these thress. As they are really related with each other very closely. There is an video about Creative Commons(CC) on our wiki. Very vivid, in my opinion, to describe the CC. The CC is about the intellectual property of open sources and open content. What the other 3 sweeties think about this? :-)

That is exactly what I mean!! We should concentrate on the intellectual property, but not the intellectual property of the whole internat, but only on the intellectual property of open source and open content - because this is a big issue for the use of WEB 2.0
