Nowadays, the companies benefit from the TV boastcasting is the annual fee from the users.And the Internet accessing fee is paid monthly which is much higher than the TV. So will the price become higher of using the Internet TV or mobile TV is an issue which most users will pay more attention to. the initial cost of IPTV is quite high now, and in many countries, it can not be developed in recent years because of the cost. However, with the widely usage of the IPTV, its cost will be reduce to a degree which people can afford.

1. The govenrment invests in or has some policies to help the initial development of IPTV and mobile TV.
2. The increasing of users will reduce the cost.
3. The development of advertising will bring large amount of benefit to the TV supplier, and reduce the price of using TV.
Inhibitors
1. The usage of the modern techonoloy will make the TV products have higher price.
2. Some government control will limit the content of Internet TV, and limit the number people who use it. The result of it will cause the high price.

In the past, people use traditional TV and just pay the fee monthly for receiving the broadcasting signals. In the recent years, some people start using the Internet TV which they just need a computer especially the labtops. and pay the fee monthly for the Internet fee which is much higher than the traditional TV. Some modern areas has the IPTV which will also need a signal fee monthly beside Internet fee. In the future, if people want to have more choice on TV content or more flexible on the way watching TV, they will need to pay more.
