Description

Nowadays a lot of developments are creating possibilities for new forms of collabrative working in organisations. This will result in a new workplace, in which an employee will be more flexible and mobile. Technology already allows us to work mobile and organisations are also moving to a more decentralized and networked environment. However, if organizations change, the people have to change with them and to change a workers' behaviour will be a challenging task. Achieving effectiveness and efficiency in a mobile working environment requires good leadership, information sharing capabilities, communication, and taking responsibility
