Description

A coherent set of restrictions and permits identified by governments around the globe. These restrictions and permits need to be obeyed by every company operating within the territories of these governments.

Enablers

Law offers protection of patents, trademarks, branding and more. Overmore, laws offer protection against whimsical jurisdiction.

Inhibitors

Laws may limit a company to maintain a healthy grow and could restrict those activities that are the core strengths of aforesaid company.

Paradigms

Law ensures protection to a company branding or any matter that may affect the company's position. However, the company will be obliged to abide by any restriction set by the law, even if this harms the core strenghts and assets of the company. When a company wants to make their services available to another country, the company will have to weigh the advantages of protection agains the restrictions set by law. Solicitors and barristers are usefull to a company by identifying loopholes in the law.
