Nowadays competition levels are expected to increase as business models are changing and market participants are becoming more competitive and technological advanced. Developing strategic partnerships that allow service provides to provide a wider range of services, namely bundled offers and value-added services (VAS), will be a key challenge for service providers. From the competition on quality of their software to supply more and high-definition contents, fixed service suppliers need to sustain their market position by offering new compelling services and for that, they need to partner with solution providers to give their users value-added services.

These value-added services can be:

  • Chatting with other users while enjoying videos, films or series would give users an interactive atmosphere to share their opinions with friends and find more boon companions;
  • Record the contents automatically according to the pre-set of user so that the user will not miss the programs that he/she is interested in;
  • Pushing or commending contents to users bases on the analysis of users data; easy use search engine with good Recall and Precision Ratio.
