The virtualized office, especially those within international companies, the Service-Oriented architectures are commonly adopted. In a service-oriented context, service requests are delivered across geographical boundaries via VPN over internet and handled by different loose-coupled services. In order to enhance this communication, traditional telephone, VoIP and email are always used as complementation.
