Description
With information available in an instance the cost of subscriptions to scientific papers and newspapers can be avoided thus creating an easy way to penetrate information into developing countries. Someone who’s sitting in an Internet café in Africa can download the latest scientific papers about his/her research area. This is way of knowledge sharing which leads to better skilled people and eventually increasing economic benefits.
