Mobile workplace
Description
Nowadays a lot of developments are creating possibilities for new forms of collabrative working in organisations. This will result in a new workplace, in which an employee will be more flexible and mobile. Technology already allows us to work mobile and organisations are also moving to a more decentralized and networked environment. However, if organizations change, the people have to change with them and to change a workers' behaviour will be a challenging task. Achieving effectiveness and efficiency in a mobile working environment requires good leadership, information sharing capabilities, communication, and taking responsibility

Paradigms
In the future it might be that virtual companies arise in which people work who are not physically working in a building, but virtually communicating from any place they are at that moment. Collaborative tools and techniques enable new forms of cooperated organisation and they will loosen borders, meaning that people from all over Europe could be working together.
