Description
An organization (or organisation — see spelling differences) is a social arrangement which pursues collective goals, which controls its own performance, and which has a boundary separating it from its environment.
As the demand side of human resource and rule settler of office, functions of organization mainly work on the areas of design rules and disciplines of office, build up hierarchy, select and organize employees.
