Solid-state batteries are more safety than lithium-ion batteries and can charge fast safely and have a lot more capacity, with the same size, moreover the only negative current thing about is the price which is almost 8 times higher than the Li-ion batteries but according to experts in about 5-7 years we will have similar prices for solid-state batteries as the NMC cell costs. the one really good point is that a solid-state battery will have more than 90% capacity after 5000 charging cycles compared to 500 charges for the lithium-ion, so we will have 10 times longer battery life compared to Li-ion batteries.
