Main trends in health care in the next 10 years
- Costs of health care will be rising, with an increase of costs additional to the standard costs covered by the basic insurance
- Personnel composition will change (more women)
- Culture will be more focused on business/finance, rather than on health care only
- Prevention will be partly within the hospitals and partly moved to home
- Health insurance companies will have a larger impact (like indicating in which hospital they will cover care funded by that particular insurance company)
