Privately vs. Government vs. Individual attacks?

Although, this question can be inferred from the previous ones, we have to consider is separately because it is very important in determining the complexity, might and motivation behind each attack. By isolating the source behind the attack, privately funded corporation, respect seeking individual, or government spy attack we can more easily examine the motive as well as the possible targets and expected outcome of the cyber attack, therefore develop a more clear picture for cyber warfare.
