Description
The more extent of programmers designing software to meet needs and the more flexible the software, the more customers will be attracted to use software.
Enablers
- Easiy accessed after-sale service will encourage customers/consumers to adopt software.
- Decreasing switching cost could be seen as an enabler for demand of software as well. Although the decreasing price will lower the margin of the software industry, the decending price or swithing cost will entise those who are reluctant to pay for software and thus spur the demand of software.
