Driving Force: Community Feeling
Description:
With the raise of open source software everybody is invited to work on software developments projects. Not just programmers are invited to write code on projects, also end users are invited to report bugs, people are invited to manage the whole project. The community feeling among people triggers them to work as hobbyists on large projects together, to tackle bugs both in their own interest as in the interest of others.

- Decrease in workload, increase in spare time
- Decrease of complexity in programming languages
- Increase education in the world
- Internet as a way to communicate
