The mobile phone industry is growing every year and you cannot think about not having a mobile phone. In 2008, 50% of the world’s population (4bln people) carried a mobile phone. The use of mobile phones will grow further which means that around 2013, 6 billion people will carry a mobile phone worldwide.

Nowadays we see that not many people use mobile internet, but not yet very often outside the house or on the move (only 6%). 70% of mobile Internet use takes place in the home, 11% browse when at work. 87% access the mobile Internet more than once a day with more than half accessing 5 times per day 81% surf for 15 minutes per session
