What are the similarities and differences between Second Life and “The World of Warcraft”?

Both are online communities which allow players to interact trough virtual, self customised, personalities. Although Second Life’s is much greater, both have an active economy.

World of Warcraft has a set of goals a player can accomplish where Second Life has none. World of Warcraft is considered an online game where the categorization of Second Life is debatable.
