This issue can be solved by software systems. System like SAP are already capable of assigning tasks to specific teams and employees. Whenever employees start working, they just log on to their profiles and start on the tasks that the system provides them to do. The system is able to keep track of the work of an entire workforce and it provides information about employee productivity to the responsible manager. By setting standards about productivity a manager can manage his employees to increase productivity.

In fact, by integrating human resource systems a manager has insight into staff availability, skills and resource use. Systems as SAP are capable of generating information on how to optimize operational performance based on all the variables that the system keeps track off. When employee productivity falls behind standards, the system will be able to provide training proposals and relevant evaluations, in order to improve their skills.

Thus, nowadays companies have even more power than before to effectively manage their workforce!
