=Introduction=
Good start to the emotions, but a little long
The city center is a place of special significance to communities and nations. Long the economic engine, the city center has change as technology has improved. Transportation, communication, and internet technologies has destroyed some city centers while enhancing others. Climate change, natural resources, green technology, immigration, and the financail crisis of 2008 will shape the city centers of the future.  So what will city centre be like in 2025? What will a post-crisis center look like? Will it remain a meeting spot, with a business function? Will people continue to work in offices? Will centers decay and the land return to agricultural function like in Detroit, or will centers have a new lease on life and reinvent themselves through the green movement?  The Future of the City Centre 2025 explores this question and provides a peek into what the future may hold.
Change the term emotional value to ability of to evoke positive emotional responses ( but shorter)

You are explaining the scenarios rather than TELLING a story, the audience gets lost-
Gets better when it is read, but it Is still not a story
Liked the bring in of mass migration- good to connect city centers to context of climate change ( something most people will not have thought of before)
Governments default on loans - explain the effects better than stock markets will crash ---
Too early to build inthe end of oil supremacy - 2010-2015 should be later
Where is the pain that leads to the restarting of the economy
Like the link to cradle to cradle - think through he implications better
Nor plusable that 40% of energy can be from fossil fuels???
Natural disasters happen all over not just in one scenario

=Introduction=
How will city centre be like in 2025? What could change in the city centre, in a post-crisis environment. Will it stay as a meeting spot, with a business function. Will offices still be the place where people work? City centres in Huston or Detriot city has returned to markert gardering, with the houses abandoned. Or will it have a new lease of life, renewed through urban agriculture, (witness the NYC lightrail project, etc)? What will the city's relevance be when physical meetings come to an end?
