After Kim Il Sung passed away in 1997, North Korea had to go under severe economical due to flood in every year and embargo by US. The communist party officers are collecting US dollars to fleet to another country in case of emergency and the starving people are scattered into China to get food and to survive. Although the politics are not well-known, the whole system does not look that good.
