Data business is being more important for mobile company these days, and by the end of this year, the data revenue portion would be expected nearly 30% of total. Mobile companies are trying to change their business domain from Service Operator to Entertainment Company. This is because, digital content is quiet important for the data business, So many Entertainment Company like film makers, music companies, distributors and on-line stock sites are being merged by telecommunication companies. However telecoms feel that being entertainment company is not so easy, because they must have talents and passions on these area. M&A is one of option to expand telecom’s business strategy for the future, but before doing that, they need to prepare management systems for merged company, otherwise they can’t make synergy at all.
